voilà! Here’s your superb Tuscan atmosphere.
And what about the menu? No problem!!! A great cook will
choose with you your favorite menu and treat you to succulent
dishes accompanied by selected Tuscan wines.
Delicious
appetizers, a vast variety of scrumptious crostini, first
courses featuring handmade pastas and then again Fiorentina
steaks and grilled pork sausages, vegetables, desserts …..
A triumph of Tuscan or better Cortonese specialties! All
this will happen during your stay in one of our wonderful
villas: VILLA GIOIA and VILLA LAPO, perhaps after a day
out visiting century-old villages, castles and medieval
hamlets.
 Our
guests can also learn the basic Italian cooking techniques
to prepare Italian dinners dishes. You will make Antipasti's
including Crostini's & Bruschetta, Minestra di pane
and Pasta the authentic way with typical Tuscan fillings
and delicious sauces. The Italian cookery course is conducted
by a tuscan who will teach you to Italian dishes in an informal
environment where you will learn the passion of the Italian
kitchen and have fun doing at the same time.
All
our cooking lessons are followed by dinner. For further
